DO-IT Change Management Certification

Target Audience

This certification will provide a sound return on investment for anyone having to play an advisory role on change initiatives or for anyone having to implement change management strategies.

Past certified agents include HR advisors/partners, project managers, strategic advisors, change management consultants and free-lancers.

Objectives

By the end of the program, you will be able to:

• Formulate change management plans and strategies based on industry best practices (DO-IT™ model)
• Analyze your change initiatives to determine needs and prioritize your efforts and those of your team
• Use simple tools to facilitate the definition, planning, deployment and integration of your changes
• Identify the challenges and strengths of your initiatives so as to influence your work teams and partners
• Lend a more human approach to the changes by taking into account the concerns and needs of the groups and individuals who have to live with those changes
• Optimize your efforts so your colleagues will embrace the changes you introduce

Duration and format

• Virtual classroom : 6 half-days
• Case study : 1 hour in the week following the training to present the change management strategy that the participants will have prepared as homework*
